Business Flex
For temporary assignments, project teams or a monthly mobility requirement.
- Duration: requested months and project dates.
- Vehicles: one vehicle or a small team requirement.
- Service: vehicle category, mileage and collection or delivery assessed for the assignment.
Renewal, extension and early-return terms are agreed in the quotation and contract; flexibility does not mean unrestricted cancellation.
02 · Regular Business Use
Business Long-Term
For companies planning a continuing vehicle requirement over an agreed multi-month period.
- Duration: a defined commitment based on your required start and end dates.
- Vehicles: selected categories and quantities, subject to confirmation.
- Service: agreed mileage and an individually specified support package.
Monthly charges, deposit, mileage allowance and any optional services are set out before commitment.
03 · Teams & Multiple Vehicles
Corporate Fleet
For multi-vehicle requirements, several operating locations or a structured company brief.
- Duration: contract periods and any phased deployment requirements.
- Vehicles: quantities and category mix specified in your brief.
- Service: coordinated delivery and optional reporting or GPS requirements assessed case by case.
Capacity, implementation schedule and commercial conditions are reviewed before a fleet commitment is made.
What your quotation will clarify
Compare proposals on the complete service scope, not only the monthly charge. Your ASTERIA proposal specifies the agreed items relevant to your request:
- Vehicle or category, quantity, rental period and operating locations.
- Monthly charge, taxes, deposit, payment schedule and any delivery or collection charges.
- Mileage allowance and the treatment of additional kilometres.
- Applicable insurance cover, excess, exclusions and authorised drivers.
- Maintenance, assistance and replacement-vehicle arrangements where agreed.
- GPS or reporting requirements where available, with the applicable usage conditions.
- Renewal, extension, early return and end-of-rental conditions.
These are quotation criteria, not automatically included benefits. Exact services, availability and conditions depend on the agreed proposal and contract.

From requirement to confirmed vehicles
- Send a business brief. Include company details, contact person, vehicle categories, quantities, number of months, expected mileage and delivery locations.
- Review the tailored proposal. We assess vehicle availability, required services and the commercial structure, then clarify the scope with you.
- Confirm the arrangement. Vehicle allocation and deployment proceed only after the quotation, contract and required booking conditions are agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fixed minimum duration for every formula?
No universal duration is advertised here. Tell us how many months you need the vehicles. The proposed commitment, minimum duration if applicable and extension conditions are specified in your quotation.
Are insurance, maintenance and GPS included?
Do not assume a particular level of cover or service from the formula name. The quotation and contract specify insurance and excess, maintenance arrangements, assistance and any GPS or other options.
Can we request several different vehicle categories?
Yes. Send the quantity and intended use for each category. We assess availability and provide a coordinated proposal rather than promising that every listed model is immediately available.
Can a chauffeur service be added?
Chauffeur requirements can be quoted separately or incorporated into an agreed service scope where available. Please specify the itinerary, hours, days and passenger requirements.
