General Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 8, 2025

Welcome to Asteria Carluxury. By renting a vehicle through our website (www.asteriacarluxury.ma), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the rental agreement between the client (you) and Asteria Carluxury (the company), operating in Morocco.

Rental Requirements

Driver must be at least 21 years old (or as required for specific vehicles)
Must hold a valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience
An international driver’s license is required for non-Moroccan residents
A valid passport or ID and credit card in the driver’s name are mandatory

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon full or partial payment
The client agrees to the rental rate, duration, and terms at the time of booking
Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, fuel, or late returns

Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

The client must use the vehicle in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws
Off-road driving, racing, or subleasing the car is strictly prohibited
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles include basic insurance (third-party liability)
Additional comprehensive insurance is available upon request
The renter may be held liable for damages not covered by insurance (e.g., negligence)

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level

Refueling charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation: +48h
Partial refund: 24–48h
No refund: <24h or no-show

Breakdown or Accident

In case of breakdown or accident, contact our 24/7 support immediately

An accident report must be completed and signed for insurance claims

Termination of Contract

Asteria Carluxury reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time in case of:
Fraudulent documents
Dangerous driving
Violation of terms and misuse of the vehicle

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be settled under Moroccan jurisdiction.
